Whilst we like a slightly under-cooked American biscuit,  we don't use cookies for anything tedious like tracking people.  If you contact us, then we'll use your email to get back to you.  We won't spam you, harangue you or otherwise maliciously engage with you.  Unless we're hacked, which is always possible but we'll try and avoid it.
